Post Mission Survey

I posted this on the PostMo board about 3 weeks ago. I'd like to get any thoughts from the folks here as well:

I just received and filled out a post mission survey that included questions about my post mission testimony. I indicated that I did not believe in the church, but did not know that it isn't true. I was then asked if I would be willing to meet with other missionaries from my mission that did not have a testimony and I said no. Anyone else get an email like this? Thoughts?

Who was the survery from, specifically? Was it online? Email...?

He used the name of my mission followed by the word for Elder in my mission language. It was an Email with a link to the survey.
