O/T Leap Second celebration anyone???

Since this is the year of the Leap Second, What will all be planning for the count down. It's 6/30/2015. Do we do a shot at the correct time? Do we sing Ole Lang Sine? Do we all yell out our window, "Mad as Hell, We're not going take it anymore"?

Well, since all laws and emergency services will be suspended for Leap Second…

Ziller plans to celebrate by committing random traffic violations, shoplifting fruit, and not taking his liberry books back on time.
