Julius Caesar was also a high priest - as pontifex maximus

The ancient Sumerians had high priests as did many societies with a religious hierarchy.

It might be special in Mormonism but it really isn't.

The goal of Mormonism is to enmesh people in a cult in order to separate them from their money. Made up offices with ever increasing grandiose titles are dangled before the eyes of the gullible -- just like a lure in front of a fish.
