Funny how you never go to church anymore but when you go into hospital church members want to help out!

My official Alberta Healthcare information lists my religious affiliation as "NONE" so I avoid the obligatory TBM drop in visit if I'm in hospital on a Sunday. The attending doc from my clinic would stop in on his rounds and he would be a TBM but it's not a religious visit thankfully.

Mormons sometimes prey on those who are ill.

They want to reconvert them when they're down and out.

Sorry they're phoning you when you're vulnerable.

It's a double bonus for them:

They get to think they are helping the sick and feel all Christ-like.

Sick people are vulnerable and present an opportunity for religious vultures to swoop in and "help" while distributing Bibles.
