I can't help but think that's whistling in the dark as he sees what most of us see.

And this comment by him seems ironic in the context of earthquake victims and hurricane victims (not to mention the Las Vegas tragedy): "And your prayers for those in need are heard and answered by a loving God."

First the phony optimistic view as denial of the demise: "Best days ahead." It's just a tiny leak,said the captain.

Then he puts the charge out: "Opposition will strengthen . . ." Never mind that what you are opposing is fact, evidence, and a disgusting history, brothers and sisters, just focus on the oppose part. Oppose, oppose, and oppose (the truth).

And then for something really stupid: "Standing together produces unity." Wow. Really? How profound. Who would have thought that? Everybody on the planet perhaps?

I think they need to consider the fact that "Standing together means you smell each other's farts." I can't state categorically that it's another Judic West original, but it has his flair. I'll be checking this with him next time we skype.

(speaking of which, why doesn't Jesus skype with the 15 twelve apostles?)

EOD: while I agree with your assessment of standing together as an activity, I am puzzled by your constant references to Judic West (who is clearly a very wise man).

I've searched the web and the only references are by you, as far as I can see. Perhaps you could explain?

Tom, when I was a freshman in high school I learned about "pen names" and sitting at my desk, in my bedroom, I made up what I thought was cool pen name, Judic West.

He has a twin sister, Lyric West, but she keeps herself to herself.

And everyone will think it is so original.
