Sorry to say, Eric, I'm still getting up to pee two or three times a night, so it still may need some fine tuning...

I am so thankful that I now sleep all night since I quit taking those funny little capsules from my doctor. Go figure.

An undisturbed night's sleep has provided many, many blessings, not least among them is no longer getting up and posting middle of the night gibberish on RfM.

That explains why my text looked smaller and I had to log in last night. I thought I was just having computer problems.

I certainly wouldn't know m'dear since I've not sampled the notorious chemical crutch.

I do however enjoy great results with a non-lethal herbal substitute that God has so thoughtfully provided.

I was up early, apparently taking care of something that others of you have noticed at a certain age.

I came to RfM to see what all had happened since I went to bed about 5 hours before.

Glad it was something that I couldn't understand.
