I don't know how conformity can be happiness. I feel like asking them, don't you have a single personal thing outside the box? But I don't because they'll lie to me. If they have somehow found happiness in that quandary, I suppose they deserve it.

I always thought i was sinful for thinking outside the tiny mormon box. Everything they tried to teach me was so backwards from my instincts.

Conformity is security, and to people conditioned for generations to be part of the herd, security is happiness.
