boy and or girl scouts northern utah.

Just received a flyer for the new "inaugural" scout troop.
kids K through 5th grade are mixed. Kids 6 grade to 12 grade are segregated.

Next other info on the flyer.

Does the new organization have a name? Boy/Girl Scouts USA or similar is already claimed, of course.

It still said boy scouts. I thought they were going to just be scouts.

I also saw a girl in a cub scout uniform. Had to look twice. At my age I "see" a few things differently than they are :)

IIRC, girls have been allowed in the cub scouts for many years.

If I were a parent, I would want to know who is sponsoring this particular scout troop.
