We just had a small but noticeable earth shake around Boise a few minutes ago. Sitting in my chair I thought I heard a distant boom then the chair shook and then a few moments later a bigger shake. Crazy times.

6.3 and I felt it here in SLC. It make my building sway and my curtains dance.

6.3 is what I am hearing from a contact at the weather office. Likely not centered in Idaho. There has been a cluster of them since March 24 with the biggest near Big Sky Montana. Waiting for more information on where this one was centered. 6.3 is pretty big.

Reports so far have it centered in western Idaho. I think they mean eastern Idaho.

the plates aren't gonna stop shifting, that ain't a religious 'sign' or token or harbinger.

So, little earthquakes relieve some of the pressure and MIGHT prevent or delay e.quakes that injure - kill people & destroy property.

Did BY opine Anything about earthquakes? ChurchCo prolly buried it if it doesn't currently fit, we can be sure of that.

Felt it in Pocatello. I think it was near Challis.

Reports say near Challis which suffered a big quake some years ago.

We had a fairly large one here recently and have had hundreds of small quakes since which continue even today. But I notice on our earthquake map that the area around Challis is constantly quaking.

Hanging lamp above me and the vertical blinds by my sliding glass door were swinging. I didn't feel it but I knew it was an earthquake somewhere.
