Attending Temple: Indoctrination with extraordinary Whistles & Bells; Not worth the price of admission.
ChurchCo requires almost everything (your soul, your $, your time) with only scant claims (Not Promises!) of anything coming the way of the faithful attendees.

I've been dreading the thought of my TBM brother claiming he's seen my late wife in some McTemple (they hit them wherever they travel, like Hard Rock Cafés, and other tourist traps). Fortunately, I think he knows better, and, even more fortunately, I seldom hear from him.
to my mess of a life. I'd ask leaders up to BKP and they had the wrong answers and I was fairly certain of that, but you know how it is.
So I knew if I could just get to the CR, I'd find some answers, that I'd be able to sit and meditate. Never even got to sit down in the CR as by the time I got through the veil the few times I went, they were ushering people out.
My answer came when I had to do sealings to some stranger just after 1990 and my "husband" talked me into going back to see the changes and I got pulled aside as someone didn't show up to do sealings. So I got to meditate in the foyer and it became very clear the reality of the temple. I never went back. That was, like I said, 1990. I found the recommend and carry it in my wallet as a remainder of how lucky I am to be out.
