Okay, since prudes have started to hijack the link between oral sex and cancer, there are ways to reduce risks. Example: dental dams. They're a piece of latex, sometimes flavored, that are mostly used by dentists but make a good barrier for oral sex. You can even make one with a condom and scissors; just cut the tip off the condom and split it down the middle to form one sheet. And if you or your partner have a latex allergy, you might want to know how to do that. Latex-free condoms are easier to find than latex-free dental dams.
Dental dams are good for cunninglingus, and for fellatio condoms still work. Why do you think they make flavored condoms?
