Though I still see an effort to twist some facts, this seems like a remarkably unbiased article to be coming from KSL:

http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=757&sid=19260592

I say that the author has twisted some facts, an example is where he says "However, up until a few recent cases, legal precedent has not considered marriage a fundamental right and has not seen fit to classify it as a right guaranteed for every American" First it does not matter if it was recent or not, if the supreme court has ruled that marriage is a fundamental right, than that is a ruling of the court. Since 1888, the Supreme Court of the USA has ruled that marriage is a fundamental right. Yeah, over a hundred and thirty years ago is "recent" in USA history and 14 Supreme Court rulings rulings is "a few"!
