Don't expect responses, just need to moan!

"I am a mormon, I know it, I live it, I love it" FB post. Has anyone thought what this actually means. Its meaning less. If stating you know you are something you are means your pretty thick it you did not know it - if you see what I mean!
Is it not arrogant? Would you say " I am a teacher, I know it, I live it I love it!"
