and all their electronic stuff has been stolen.

I'm heading off to give what little support I can.

I'm so upset!

Sad. This is in the UK? This time of year everywhere in the US we have homes being burgled for Christmas presents.

Where I live there are very few burglaries. Most towns of 20,000 around here have a murder once a decade and almost no burglaries.

from the tin that he keeps under his bed. He offered it to his older brother to go towards the things that were stolen.

When his older brother declined, he tried to give it to his dad instead.

I am so proud of that little boy.

Santa will be bringing extra presents for them this year.

So sorry to hear this, Briggy, especially in the season of "good cheer."

Wonder how Jesus feels about stealing to celebrate his birthday?

We had a burglary 14 months ago....precious things were taken that cannot be replaced. It will always leave a void that can't be filled. We think we know who did it, but can't prove it. Should that individual catch fire in front of me, I would not piss on him to extinguish the flames....just sayin....

I'm sorry, Briggy. My home was burgled once, and it felt like such a violation. The burgler stole family items that would not have brought a lot of money at the pawn shop, but which were precious to me.

But as my mom said at the time, the important thing is that the family is safe.

Sorry to hear about that briggy. Only had one burgler, dumb kid decided to crawl in through the "large" dog door. Never considered WHY there was a large dog door, I suppose...

The 90 pound red-nosed pit bull that met him on the other side explained it.
