Lds scout phone call 4 years too late

I got a phone call tonight asking wether or not my husband( who was a merit badge counselor 4 years ago) had kept some kids blue card. Are you kidding me? Has anyone else ever had a phone call like this?

Someone must have because my son had to take the First Aid Merit badge four times!!!!!

Sounds Familiar!

Wow - this sounds like what happened to us. We have been out of the church for three years. About 2 weeks ago we got a call from a lady from our old ward. She wanted to know if my husband could remember who did the confirmation for the one and only person he ever baptized - a young girl whose family we tried to kind of "watch over". We figured this was part of the recent command to "love bomb" the inactives...?
