The Q15 could hardly be considered experts in any religion including Mormonism. I supposed we take different stances on this. While anyone is technically free to voice their opinions on biology, I will only listen to the qualified biologist. I don't believe that View of the Hebrews had any direct effect on the BofM. View simply contains the theory's of Indian origins that were popular in Smith's day. There are other books which contain the same theories. I believe Spaulding's Manuscript Found contained the same theories and I base this off of witness testimony.
