So my daughter just started taking a dance class, keep in mind that she is 3 years old. Weeder, yes there is a law. Several years ago banks made a big stink and took credit unions to court because credit unions were "stealing" all of their buisness by offering better interest rates and such. There have always been requirements when joining a credit union but they were never followed. Now they follow them but make the rules so expansive so pretty much anyone can join.
