That being said, may I propose a thought experiment?
Imagine you have the ability to travel in time, as many times as you want, to any time that you want. If you've already been to one place, you won't be able to see that "other you", and any time you spend "in the past" does not cause you to age at all, and will not affect the course of history in any way.
