My convert daughter did some home visiting to a 90 year old, keeping her distance and wearing a mask.
The elderly lady later sent her 2 dozen red roses as a thank you.
My daughter said that they must have been expensive, and when I replied that she had very little need to spend money on herself at a great age, my daughter replied that there were grandchildren,
Well, who was doing the visiting and showing she cared about another?
Where were the grandchildren?
Did they even care?
I take credit for my offspring at this point, as I feel very close to that 90 year old.

No way to know where the grandkids were - maybe even regulars and the host was just glad to see someone else for a change. Regardless - good for your daughter. Was it mormon visiting teaching or something else?
