It's too nice and there's too much of it. When I arrived in France at 23, I weighed 69 kilos. THis morning (40 years later), it was 95 kilos. I blame French food.
Software geeks would prefer YYYYMMDD to mirror HHMMSS (*) for clock time. That way dates could be sorted in chronological order with no alteration of the internal format of the date needed, at least back to year 1 CE.
* - Europe got the clock time right, with a 24 hour clock (hours 0 to 23). The US generally uses a 12 hour clock with a.m. and p.m. which makes sorting clock times into chronological order more complicated than it needs to be, not to mention ambiguity if the am/pm designation is omitted, as in accidentally setting your alarm clock for 6 p.m.
