Also the schools are better. House prices have shot up here. There is a ton to do outside, big name concerts, Broadway shows come, minor league hickey and baseball. Yes the Temples would be very close to each other. The location shocked my husband and I as we assumed it would be near the freeway at the 10 mile interchange to be more prominent. They haven't said where the Temple will be. When we looked at moving here and toured in Paramount subdivision (which has 2 wards) their community map said "future missionary training center" and thus far nothing has been developed (corner of Linder and Chinden).
