I served in Campinas 2008-2010. In my MTC group we had one elder baptize just over 100(only 6 adults) then I was second highest with 72(zero kids without one or both parents). Our mission was the 6th highest baptizing in Brazil. Most missionaries had 15-40 baptisms and retention was abysmal. I can only imagine it has gotten much worse now that most people down there have good internet access.

I read this on my mission, it is pretty comprehensive as to what sins get what punishment. I read the 2009 version FYI. My favorite (and most bitter) tidbit is that youth can do anything sexual before age 14 without losing mission eligibility, and hetero sex before 16 same thing.
