There are Apps like "Glow" where you imput daily information about your body & it predicts when you are ovulating, your chances of conceiving, & when you'll get your period. I use Glow to document my cycle so I *gasp* WON'T get pregnant.The one I use also has a broad community where you can post things, & I gotta say it's been HILARIOUS, if not sad & revolting to see

Sweetheart, You should talk to someone not involved in the church. I too, have had severe anxiety(ptsd) in my adult life pertaining to water due to my traumatic experiences in the church as a child, mostly to my experience being forced to being baptized for the dead at 13 years old.
