We got a bargain in an area called Mountain's Edge. Yes, there are three months of intolerable heat. Just stay in the air conditioned buildings and you will be fine. It is not as hot as Phoenix, according to the weather sites.
Our utility bills are not as high as we expected, but of course we are not down there year round yet. But we are really looking forward to soon moving out of Utar.
