It’s another reason they are quickly building many temples. They want to make it appear there is some kind of justification for having so much money.

100% delusional thinking. I’m sure that she also thinks that she is no different than Nephi of old. Put her in the slammer where she can, by herself, drift off into her delusional world and justify the killing her own children. Na o’ JC, amen

I was a frequent listener to kTKK during those days, and even met Mills once. I want to thank all the callers who are on here today that helped me realize that Mormonism was a fraud from the beginning. I am a much happier person today largely because of your contributions.

I watched a few of those…really liked how they did “Born Under a Bad Sign.” It was great even though not in a recording studio. And Tal really does have tremendous vocal talent and put it out on that song magnificently. From what Tal told me, his dad is mostly interested in music and talks little of anything else. It’s his lifetime passion, and conversations get quickly diverted to

I was in San Bernardino when Randy Bachman did a fireside there. It was early 1978 as I recall it. The church was loaded to the hilt to hear him speak of his faith. Then about ten years ago, I had lunch with Tal Bachman in Salt Lake City and mentioned that fireside to him. Tal said that he was there with his dad that day. He also said his dad asked him what was wrong when Tal stopped bel

Why the need for masks? Just looking at these publications about “Elder Bednar” and his clowns makes still me sick that I ever believed they had any power at all…

Azsteve, When I read stuff like this I realized how deeply I was buried in it for half of my life, and I am really a lucky guy that I found my way into reality. I am the only one of my siblings that has been able to clear my mind of this and felt the happiness of knowing reality. What kind of wickedness started all of this? Solomon Spaulding, Sidney Rigdon, and Joseph Smith. I think now

When I was a youngster, I went to Temple Square. I loved the statue of the seagulls and the accompanying story. How inspiring! The display said that the pioneers were saved by flocks of seagulls which ate the crickets and saved their crops. Today it is said that no one contemporary to this “event” had reported anything anywhere about this miracle. The story had been made up, or at

Soon they will use the BoM to engineer a new kind of submarine that will be tight like unto a dish. If it turns over, the passengers just quickly close the hole in the top and everyone quickly scoots to the bottom.

I had the same experience, although I was never put in an oxygen tent. When I was “interviewed” by your grandpa, I should have asked him about it. Most of us just try to be normal, even though breathing can become a problem at almost any time. And then I began to believe that if I didn’t get better on my own that it was MY FAULT for not having enough faith to get better. It is suc

I was there with you. In our Antipolo Apartment near the mission home, we could take a cold shower as long as it was prior to 6 a.m. After that, the water pressure was too low to go all the way up to the shower head. Meanwhile, the guys in the mission home had hot showers every day and an indoor swimming pool at Bel Air II. Ostensibly the pool was only for baptisms. Tracting every day do

I saw that the Filipinos were happier than I was even if they didn’t know the “truth.” My mind couldn’t rest while thinking that I had something that they didn’t. I eventually realized that I had as much faith in Santa Claus as I did in Jesus, and that Filipinos are happy because they aren’t judgmental pricks like we were.

I was a missionary in the Philippines. Our mission president lived in an air conditioned home with an indoor swimming pool. The pool, suposedly was so people could be baptized there. There was only one chapel in the entire country at the time, and I think that they must have used it for baptisms too. One “apartment” that I lived in had only rain water. The rainwater collected on the ro

My dad also was in turmoil over my apostacy. He was not as articulate as your dad, but I loved him as you loved yours. His love was selfless and with earnest concern for my eternity. Thank you Steve for putting yourself out there, in words, for us.

It will be announced in conference that eternal marriages to multiple females is okay as long as you are approached by an angel with a flaming sword. But any currently living females must be 26 years younger than you in order to follow the prophet.

Randy was out of the Guess Who by the time this video was produced. Randy and Burton were an amazing match. Both of them and even Tal Bachman can be found on Facebook, and occasionally post a response there to their many fans. Randy is in his 70's now, but still does a great show if you can catch him in town. Burton does as well, but I haven't looked at his schedule for a while.
