Just a word to the wise. Gout was and is a precursor to Rheumatoid Arthritis for me and others. I don't know your age or other specifics, but if you have had any other joint pain issues, fatigue or non-specific pain, you may ask your doctor to run a blood screen for some RA factors that may or may not be present.

My home town was SO small that... When I finally got to ride the Union Pacific train to Los Angeles to visit my sister my mom explained to me that I would see "black men" working as porters. "They are just like us", she said. "They are very polite and will be nice to you" she said. They were, they were very nice. Just like everyone else. God bless my TBM

A cousin of mine (TBM) disparaged her, basically saying she was worthless and trampy, while extolling the virtues of former FLOTUS, Laura Bush...how classy and beautiful she was (she is). Not much projection there. She is gorgeous, and with a beautiful family. Does anything a TBM says about someone not fitting their ideal stereotype of the Nordic God or Goddess surprise you?
