Callings. Trying to make you feel good by making you feel bad. Putting it off on the Lord, like it came from above.

Neighborhood or CHURCH bike ride? Sounds like a reenactment of the so-called pioneer days (24th) indoctrination reenactment check-up. It is also odd that he parked at the neighbor's house. Most alarming is he didn't introduce himself by his title. Red flags. Strange. Hmmm.

I hope they don't call me to be a puppet... because I've got more strings than they can imagine... and I pull them all myself.

They try to get you in any way they can. So, anyway you get out is good for you... and they think is good for them, until too many do it and the ship leans, which it is obviously doing now.

"Callings" to do things they are too busy to do, that were rather tedious & boring, or that were just made up in order to make you feel like someone - though you may like who you already felt like before. If the policy and local leaders just said "I am calling you to this position" that would be so much more honest and appropriate. Or ask, "would you like to volunteer

Go to church naked next time with a cigarette in one hand and a beer in the other. You'll achieve some sorts of results. If they are not the ones you desire try again the next week but with a different procedure. Maybe cuss during Fart and Tickle meeting. Rip in innards out of your book of macaroni and replace it with an honest book on the church. Say you are gay and want to act on it -say which

Heard the program the other day on PBS. They talked about the language training but that was about it. Never mentioned were smuggling pizza or about the white washed Mormon underwear.

No way to bring someone back when they can't even bring them front. Always the same (ineffective philosophy & practice) bait. They have lots of fishing to do with millions inactive, resigned, gone... towards the truth, greater happiness and lasting peace.

I saw that as a youth (before baptism age)- that it seemed like there were lots of rules and reactions, lots of grunts and posturing, people were gossiping a lot and shared much small talk, and, like in society, people had thoughts and reasons they didn't prefer to be around other people and generally ended up in certain groups; there was a pecking order. This bunch never really much attracte

It had been said that the best country fair (well it used to be anyway) in the country is in a few weeks: Oregon Country Fair. The Saturday markets are nice. There are a lot of people whose radars don't even know what Mormonism is. They smile.

The Mormons came looking for peace many years ago (and many never found it)... now many campers seek to bring it and share it.

People leave for many reasons: to work, eat, sleep, they are "healed", go back to hell, move on, run out of juice... etc. Many come back, sooner or later, it seems. Some just want to make a scene. Others seeking something. Some just want a goodbye. Can I get a hello?

We aren't talking about a block-pot-luck-party- friendly means between friends. You are no more likely to run into a Mormon there than one is to run into you- but if they do, call your insurance company immediately. Have a good move, and enjoy the scenery. Remember Oregon has no sales tax, tags are good for two years and all Oregon is full-serve. Share if you run into a tbm. Hope you'll in

Don't all Mormons have two (or more) sides? Good, bad, ugly... not necessarily in that order. No boundaries, especially when it comes to grandparents. They figure it didn't work so well for their children so they try to indoctrinate the grandchildren. Most of the lot of them need a good talking to. Many of us know how you feel.
