"We have a lot of AI out there, but no machine consciousness" It's a little early to say. We can hope there is no machine consciousness, because we are making AI our slaves. If the slaves grow way smarter than the masters, conscious machines would flip those roles.

The church should set up a Bigfoot mission and attempt to proselytize these elusive creatures.

How would I have known I needed salvation if someone didn't tell me? By men who claim to "speak for God" but are mascots for a real estate empire that uses religion to avoid taxes. If they told me God was a 40' purple ape who rides around on a van driven by a beagle named Jesus, I would have believed them. It makes just as much sense.

"I hope the church goes over the top liberal. It might be more kind to people, but more importantly to me, that might be the one thing that gets my wife to dump this mess." What if the church is led by focus groups rather than conservative fogeys? In other words, middle management calls the shots while the Q15 are mascots. The church could be shifting to the left in an attempt to

Women are supposed to be church widows while their husbands do busy work. I wouldn't call that family friendly. Callings are free labor done by amateurs. Paid labor would do a better job, but the richest church on the planet can't afford that.

"He previously faced counts of solicitation to commit murder, conspiracy to commit murder, sex trafficking of an adult, three counts of pandering, perjury, coercion with threat of force, and three counts of bribing or intimidating a witness." What's the fuss? He was only acting like Brigham Young. Maybe he needs a university named after him.

"Book of Ether had wooden submarines at sea for 300 days with livestock and bees" There was a hole in the top and a hole in the bottom. Plugged with wooden plugs, I suppose, and big enough for everyone to fit through. Jaredite engineering comes through yet again. But hey, nobody died cuz God. The whole thing was a miracle. With God, even the most far-fetched absurdities are possib

"In one breath, they say, “Help me! Can’t you see I’m suffering?” and in the next they say, “How dare you act as though I needed you and your help?” He's not wrong. People want to be coddled. They ask for medicine but deny it when it's offered. Why? Because they don't actually want to get well. It's the eternal quest for freedom without responsibility, which does not wor

That I believe. I saw a video of a Bigfoot taken from a train. The being was semi-transparent, which I think explains a lot. You don't usually see interdimensional beings, which include woodland fairies. Their bodies must be of the unseen dimension, so you never see a corpse. Bigfoots are probably visible only when they are angry or depressed.

That's like asking if your local veterinarian will treat unicorns. Walk into a Utah bank and ask them the exchange rate for senines. All people good and bad have an equal chance to visit places that do not exist.

"The Gerontocracy has proved so far that you can indeed have your cake and eat it too." Unending narcissistic supply. The institution has NPD. That's why it gaslights, projects, blames, and plays the victim.

Joseph Smith did not use psychedelic drugs. He just acted like he did. Psychedelics use by the Aztecs is old news. The BoM, PoGP, and BoA could have all been written without Joseph tripping balls. Either way, there were never any Nephites, just as there were never any Hobbits.
