I haven't gone to church in about 6 years but every other month or so someone from the church tries to contact me. My husband and I moved several months back and I got about 3 different messages from the church asking if they could have my address, but I never responded or gave it to them, well today I had a text message saying welcome to the such and such ward when can we stop by to meet you....

Isn't there a rule somewhere about not affiliating yourself with another religion? I remember being asked this question during temple recommend interviews. I haven't been mormon in about 6 years and recently I took up a position with a catholic church, although I am not catholic. I've hesitated even mentioning this to my family.

Why is it that so many people get offended by a little bit of skin these days?
