Yes it is and I do know of one case where it shows badly. Lay clergy dont need to be checked apparently because the church is all that holds the paperwork theres never a paycheck to be proof of anything. Also think about this for a minut I've known many people that were classed as clinicaly depressed yet where currently being badly abused. The arcutecture of the temples looks rather like it just dsoent fit even if the materials do. Also cathedrals in england are built so that the rain stains and such seem to add to the beutifulness of it and make it stand out more. On the temple you have a large white brick so it just kind of looks dumped there.
