Three words that go together: Word of Wisdom. I absolutely did not like the Word of Wisdom. It never made any sense to me. While the missionaries were courting my (now ex) husband and me, a lot of the discussion centered around the WoW. Finally my husband forbade me from bringing it up. It was a no-win situation. When people get down on you, remind them of the LDS Church's 11th Article of Faith. You have the right to worship (or not) according to the dictates of your own conscience. At least there are a few believers (Christians) on this board. I'm part of an ex-Relief Society Sisters group on FB and those ladies are full of venom when it comes to virtually anything related to Christianity. And if you don't agree 100% with them, they gang up and come down on you hard.
