So my wife and I got married in the temple about five years ago. Since then we both have left and are done with TSCC and now hate our wedding pics and some memories of that special day. Would it be weird to renew our vows in our mid 20s? Probably sends a pretty clear message to our relatives that are members still. Look forward to your thoughts.

I was thinking that I would resign on the 4th of July for quite some time now. Thinking it would be cool to add my own special meaning to Independence Day. But is that just a weird thought? Yes. I feel the same way. We recently moved into a new neighborhood and wish I could build relationships with neighbors but feel it isn't worth it and am probably a bit of a hermit.

I know it's a pathetic topic but since leaving the church my wife and I have a really hard time hanging out with mormon friends. Unfortunately, they are the people we associated with for years. So we don't know any non-mos. wish we had some other couples to drink with and do stuff with. Looking for advice on where to meet people. Shit it's pathetic. Haha

She really has a hard time with family/social repercussions. She knows people will find out and hates that part of it. But she knows it is only a matter of time before they find out anyway. So I am hoping she will be ready soon cause I would like to do it together. I am so ready tho. Another family line soon to be out
