I hate phones... Talking on them, placing calls, receiving them, voice mails... I don't care. Texting is ok. Probably because I have a huge narcissist sister who, whenever I disagree with her, has to call me and either leave me rude messages or yell at me on the phone and doesn't let me get a word in. If I don't answer, then I'm a "coward." she's a huge bully, I don't have contact with

Just shows how hateful and hypocritical morons are. What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? Moron translation: Harass and "love bomb" inactive members so you can tell the congregation in your next talk about how "righteous" you are for going

Maybe take Jack Handey's advice and whenever the teacher pauses "just let out a big snort and say "How do you figger that!" real loud. Then lean back and sort of smirk." In all honestly, the best way if you REALLY don't want to go, and your parents kicking you out of the house is not an option (it was in my house if we didn't go to seminary) is to ask a lot of uncomfortable

When I was a NOM and still wearing my garments, my boss asked once if I was a Mormon. This was right after I bent over to pick up a box, so I knew exactly what she has seen. I told her yes. She just replied with "I could just tell." It's funny, TBMs think that means that the world thinks they give off some radiant countenance... but they are just too nice to say "I could tell bec

A childhood friend, posted that false article about Caitlyn got the award over an amputee veteran. Then wishing she got AIDS for her lifestyle. I pointed out the article was false, and he was acting shameful towards transgender people. Of course, in the cowardly way mormons are, my comment was deleted but the hatred comments continued. I had enough of the hate from mormons, I called them out on

When my brother got of his mission, he still had to get up at 6 AM until he was released. I asked what was the point of that? My Dad said "oh, yeah, he has to get up at 6 AM and knock on doors... and YOU could go with him!" *Chuckle* I said, "yeah, that will go over well. He'll be sharing the word and I'll be destroying it." *awkward laugh from family*

Marlin Jensen claims we are in an era of great apostasy. Cook claims the church has never been stronger. Pew Research center claims it's flat lined. Which is it?

Funny. Of course no one can disprove the BoM with the Bible. It would be impossible to "prove" any thing from one source, when all Mormons would say to every passage is "it's mistranslated"

I have been considering blocking/removing her for a few months. I just had a hard time because I like to see what my nieces/nephews are up to, but I guess it's not worth it any more

Yeah, I know it's not the worst thing some one could say, and it's not the worst thing she's ever done or said. Especially since she's accused me of not caring about her or the family so how am I supposed to know it was a joke... which it wasn't a joke until I had to show her I told her happy birthday because she "forgot"

Today is Emma Watson's birthday, so I post an article on her, and said "Happy Birthday Emma." My tbm sister (don't really speak to each other much) replies "Wow, she got more of a birthday wish than I did!" I told her I told her happy birthday, but she said that Emma got a whole article about her, and now she knows I care more about Emma Watson than I do about her. After a

They gave their wives permission and likely had a good chuckle over it. ~ Tell this to Henry Jacobs, I bet he has little to chuckle about ever since Smith and Young secretly married his wife Are we to just discredit all the women who claim to have had sexual relations with Smith just because it makes Smith look less sleazy? Well, isnt' that convenient? Smith not having sex with married men's

I think my in last sentence, I would be asking more New Order Mormons to speak up against the crap they see... I see many NOMs that are afraid to speak their minds, and I get it.... but I don't think any thing will change if mormons can just post whatever they want and no one can challenge them. Idk, just really annoyed lately. =/

....claims tbm. When I claim that I felt mistreated as a women in church, and many women are afraid of speaking out because of the backlash from the church and members, I am attacked for voicing my opinion. They claim that women who do not believe they are treated equally should not get a temple recommend because they obviously don't have a testimony of the church any way.. but women are free to

My seminary teacher would chew a mini snickers bar, spit it in a napkin, and pass out around the room while asking if any one would eat it. I can't imagine how a non virgin felt... I used to look up to the man, now I think of him with disgust. He was creepy... And has an unusual fondness for hostess Twinkie... Bit tea is bad for you. Lol

My ex Mormon mom told me about the secret handshakes.... I didn't believe her. Other than that, I had no idea. I was told I would be given a new name, and the ceremony was "nothing new that I hadn't heard before"

I saw this article pop up on my FB feed. Just browsing the comments, I noticed mormons were accrediting his survival to being LDS. I also noticed a girl that I knew we arguing with a guy who called them "magic underwear." The guy claimed he was an ex-mormon, but this girl said he couldn't be since he was referring to the garments as "magic" when mormons don't believe that the
